The Missionaries of the Precious Blood is a society of apostolic life, founded by St. Gaspar del Bufalo on August 15, 1815.

The Adorers of the Blood of Christ is a religious institute, founded by St. Maria de Mattias on March 4, 1834.

The Sisters of the Precious Blood of Dayton, Ohio is a religious institute, founded by Maria Anna Brunner in 1834.

The Liturgical Texts found on this website were approved by the Holy See for use by the Missionaries of the Precious Blood and the Adorers of the Blood of Christ in 2009. The Sisters of the Precious Blood also celebrate many of these feasts.
